Terms & Conditions:

-All orders are dispatched in 5-7 working days.

-Orders submitted Thursday after 12 PM, Friday & Saturday will be processed Sunday morning.

-We deliver all over Egypt.

-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

-If for any reason your order doesn’t arrive safely we’ll refund or replace your order in the same week.

Refund&Exchange policy:

Due to the fragile nature of the product you have 24 hafter receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for that and due to how fragile our products are your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that Heli table lamp,Amara floor lamp, all fiberglass products are not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive with a defect from the courier.

How to take care of your Glass Piece:

  • Pyrex glass is very delicate and requires a gentle treatment
  • Recycled glass is heavier and every piece of it is unique. It's 100% recycled and handmade so bubbles and marks may appear. Embrace its imperfection.
  • If you decide to fill your vase with water and style it with natural flowers kindly don't fill it to the top and only fill half of it as the water pressure can break the glass
  • Clean the outside regularly from dust with a soft dry cloth
  • Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on your vase.

Info about your Ceramic Piece:

  • Clay is a natural product dug from earth and from which beautiful pieces of ceramics are made.
  • During the manufacturing process, each stage is done by the hands of a different artisan from modelling to firing and glazing that's why no matter how hard to try, pieces produced will never be 100% identical. However this gives each piece its own unique beauty.
  • We do our best to make our ceramic pieces as identical as possible.

How to Clean the brass part in your piece:

  • Many of our recent table lamps have brass pieces included in the design
  •  Brass as a natural material may start to take on a patina or darker areas, which is completely normal. Some people like this personalized look of brass, and others prefer it shiny.
  • To make your brass piece shiny as new again simply use a bit of vinegar and rub gently it gently till it's bright and shiny again
