How to take care of your Glass Piece:

• Pyrex glass is very delicate and requires a gentle treatment
• Recycled glass is heavier and every piece of it is unique. It's 100% recycled and handmade so bubbles and marks may appear. Embrace its imperfection.
• If you decide to fill your vase with water and style it with natural flowers kindly don't fill it to the top and only fill half of it as the water pressure can break the glass
• Clean the outside regularly from dust with a soft dry cloth
• Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on your vase.

Exchange& Refund Policy:

 Due to the fragile nature of the product we only refund and exchange if the products arrive with a defect or broken from shipping you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for that and due to how fragile our products are your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please make sure the sizes of the items you are buying are suitable for your space before buying.
