How to take care of your Glass Piece:

• Pyrex glass is very delicate and requires a gentle treatment
• Recycled glass is heavier and every piece of it is unique. It's 100% recycled and handmade so bubbles and marks may appear. Embrace its imperfection.
• If you decide to fill your vase with water and style it with natural flowers kindly don't fill it to the top and only fill half of it as the water pressure can break the glass
• Clean the outside regularly from dust with a soft dry cloth
• Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on your vase.

Due to the fragile nature of our handmade glass products, we offer refunds or exchanges only if your item arrives defective or broken during shipping.
You have 24 hours after delivery to submit your request.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition received.
